My first ticket fine for speeding...

My first speeding ticket fine. Only 14km/h faster than allowed. Was not even worth it.
Moreover, if I were in Germany, I would refuse to pay. There was not enough notice for the speed limit. The speed limit was outside a residential area and too close (100m) to the 80 km/h section.
