A perfect Sunday morning...

... is a morning, when you wake up because the sun shines on your head, it is before 8:00 a.m. and go running.

I love it!

But I do not like it that I still sweat although I stopped running an hour ago, drank 750ml water, had a warm shower, emptied the other half of the bottle, and even had a cold shower... Anyway, there is no one, who could complain about the smell ;-)
