Another nice paper...
This morning I scanned my newsletters for new papers, which relate to my research but as usual I also openend other paper, which were just interesting like this:
Shapo, Marshall S., "Are Babies Efficient?" . Oregon Law Review, Vol. 83, pp. 287-288
It is basically a short story about the actions of a one year old granddaughter, whose actions seem to be efficient and thus capable of tort.
Well, since it was only two pages, I immediately read it. I would be happy if I did the same with the papers I am supposed to find interesting :->
